My name is Laura. I am a Early
Childhood Education major at Xavier University, in my second year. I love to read and write. I've been writing stories,
poems and novels since I was six years old. Many are completed, quite long as well, and I dream of having them published
someday.
I
also love being around children. Not only have I been babysitting for eight years and plan to become an elementary school
teacher, but I sponsor four amazing children from around the world. All four of them have changed my life in such amazing
ways. They are my inspiration and I love them unconditionally. I will for the rest of my life. They
have the ability to bring a smile to my face or to change a bad day simply through their photos, drawings and letters,
which I keep in special albums because they are so precious to me.
